# Recruit100x API v1

> Plug Recruit100x into how you already hire: create roles, invite candidates and get evidence-linked screening reports back in your own system.

Recruit100x runs a short first-round screening interview — about 15–20 minutes, by voice or text — and writes a report with
the facts the candidate stated, quotes, knock-out checks and evidence bands. **A person on your team makes every hiring
decision; the API never auto-rejects.**

Start with the [Quickstart](/developers/quickstart) (about 10 minutes, in test mode — nothing real, nothing billed), or
[create a test key](/developers/test-mode).

## Five ways in

- **Open screening link** — one link per role to paste into a job post. No code. See [Open screening link](/developers/open-link).
- **Forwarding address** — forward applicant emails to the role's address; we invite them. No code. See [Email-in](/developers/email-in).
- **REST API and webhooks** — roles, invites, reports and decisions; your own ids round-trip. See [Roles](/developers/roles), [Invites](/developers/invites) and [Webhooks](/developers/webhooks).
- **Zapier and Make** — no-code automations on the same API. See [Zapier and Make](/developers/zapier-make).
- **AI apps (MCP)** — Recruit100x in ChatGPT today; Claude listing in review. See [MCP](/developers/mcp).

ATS connectors — Greenhouse, Bullhorn and others aren't built yet. Tell us which you need: support@recruit100x.com.

## For machines

- [Webhook schema 2026-11-01](/developers/webhooks.2026-11-01.schema.json) — every event of payload version 2026-11-01
- [Webhook schema 2026-09-01](/developers/webhooks.2026-09-01.schema.json) — the frozen original payloads
- [llms.txt](/developers/llms.txt) — this documentation for language models
- Samples: `/developers/samples/{event}.json`

## Versioning promise

API v1 only grows. Breaking changes get a new version and at least 6 months' notice. See [Versioning](/developers/versioning).
