Data Processing Agreement
This agreement forms part of the Recruit100x terms of service between your agency and Neural Bits LLC. It describes how we process candidate data on your behalf. Agencies that need a countersigned copy or standard contractual clauses can request one from support@recruit100x.com.

Roles
Your agency is the controller of the candidate data it brings to Recruit100x (names, contact details, résumés, interview recordings, transcripts and reports). Neural Bits LLC processes that data as your processor, only to provide the service you configure: inviting candidates, running and recording interviews, writing reports, and keeping the records you choose to keep. The exceptions where Neural Bits acts on its own account are stated below (voluntary self-identification answers and candidate care).
Your instructions
We process candidate data only on your documented instructions — your settings, your invitations and your decisions — and as the law requires. We do not sell candidate data or use it to train AI models.
People who work on the service are bound by confidentiality. We help you answer candidates’ requests to access, correct or delete their data, and we tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting your candidates.
Security and sub-processors
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and actions are recorded in an audit log. Our sub-processors and where they host data are listed on the compliance page; we give notice there before adding one. Recruit100x is offered in English-speaking countries outside the EU and EEA, and every sub-processor hosts data in the United States.
Retention and deletion
You choose the retention period for your workspace and may place legal holds. When a retention period ends, or you delete a candidate, we delete their data from the service and from our sub-processors within the grace period stated in the product. When your agency closes its account we delete its candidate data unless the law requires us to keep it.
Candidate care
Candidate care is a separate service that Neural Bits LLC offers to your candidates: free practice for their next interview on Interview100x. It is on for your workspace unless an owner turns it off. It is offered only after an interview is finished, never to candidates in the EU or EEA, and it has no effect on the candidate’s application.
What crosses, and when.Only at the candidate’s own request — when they start practice, ask for the link by email, or ask for the offer after your decision — Interview100x receives the candidate’s name and email, the job title, the employer name you entered (or “Confidential employer”) and the job description. Their résumé crosses only if they tick a box asking for it, and only if you gave us one. Nothing else crosses: no recording, transcript, score, report or decision. From that moment Neural Bits holds the candidate’s practice account as a separate controller, under the Interview100x privacy policy.
What your agency receives. Monthly totals for completed months: how many interviews finished, how many could show the offer and how many candidates were shown it (exact), then how many clicked, signed up, created a plan, practiced and purchased (rounded to the nearest 5; under 5 shows as “<5”; hidden for small groups and when nearly everyone in the group did it). Your compliance export records, for each interview, when the offer was shown and, if the candidate asked to be sent it after your decision, when they asked. Recruit100x never tells you who clicked, signed up, practiced or purchased, what they said or how they did — not in your reports, exports, webhooks or the API. The totals are designed so they do not identify a candidate, and trying to work out an individual candidate's outcome from them is prohibited by the Recruit100x Terms.
Voluntary self-identification
After an interview for a US role, candidates may answer two optional self-identification questions. Neural Bits LLC holds those answers to audit the tool for bias, uses them only in aggregate and never shows them to your agency. See the privacy policy.
