Terms of service

An agency owner creates the account and is responsible for the people they invite. Owners control billing, compliance settings, branding and the team; recruiters run roles, invitations, reports and decisions. Keep your credentials safe and tell us at once if you believe an account is compromised.

You must be authorized to recruit on behalf of the clients whose roles you screen, and to invite the candidates you import.

One credit is used when a candidate completes an interview and a report is produced. Sending invitations, opens, and abandoned or partial interviews use no credits. Free pilot credits are granted once per agency. Purchased pack credits do not expire; monthly-plan credits roll over one cycle and then expire. Prices are shown in the product before you pay and charged through Stripe.

Credits are not refundable once used. If you bought a pack by mistake, contact support before any of it is used and we will help. Access to reports you have already generated is never withheld for a low balance.

• Use Recruit100x only for screening candidates for roles your agency is engaged to fill, and only where AI-assisted screening is lawful and disclosed.
• Give candidates any advance notice your jurisdiction requires and make every hiring decision yourself. The product never rejects a candidate.
• Do not attempt to collect protected-class information through the interview, alter the notice candidates see, or use reports to discriminate unlawfully.
• Do not probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or share client links with anyone other than the client they are meant for.

We may suspend an agency that breaches these terms. Suspended agencies keep read access to their reports.

You are the controller of candidate data; Recruit100x processes it on your instructions under our Data Processing Agreement. You choose the retention period, handle deletion requests, and may place legal holds. We keep consent records and the audit log so you can show what happened. Details are in the privacy policy.

Interviews are conducted and summarized by AI. Reports present evidence — facts in the candidate’s words, checks against the criteria you set, ratings tied to quotes, and review signals for human judgement. They can be wrong or incomplete, and “not stated” or “not confirmed” never means “failed”. You agree to read reports as one input and to make decisions yourself.

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee that reports are free of error, that interviews always connect, or that the service is uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You are responsible for your hiring decisions and for meeting your own legal obligations to candidates and clients.
