Recruit100x help
Candidate care
After their interview, candidates can be offered practice for their next interview on Interview100x, a separate Neural Bits service. Free practice costs your agency nothing and uses no credits.
When candidates see it
Below “What happens next” on the completion page, after the interview is finished — never before or during it. It has no effect on the application.
In Settings › Candidate care an owner can offer it right after the interview, or only after you have made a decision: then candidates ask on the completion page to be sent the offer, and it is emailed when your first decision is recorded. If you change a candidate’s email, that interview’s offer is cancelled. Candidates in the EU or EEA never see it.
When free practice isn’t available
Free practice comes from monthly allowances, per agency and across Recruit100x. When they are used up, candidates see an offer to buy an Interview100x Trial Pass instead — or no offer, depending on how Recruit100x is set. The paid offer is presented as Interview100x’s own, never as a gift from your agency. Candidates in the EU or EEA never see an offer.
Sending practice yourself
Where it’s available, a recruiter can send a candidate who asked for the offer free practice for their client interview — from the decision panel or the report. It goes once, in your recruiter’s name, and you still never see the candidate’s practice.
What crosses to Interview100x
Only when a candidate starts practice, asks for the link by email, or — after your decision — asked to be sent the offer: their name and email, the job title, the employer name you entered (or “Confidential employer”) and the job description. Their résumé goes only if they tick a box, and only if you gave us one. Never a recording, transcript, score, report or decision.
What you see
Monthly totals for completed months: how many interviews finished, how many could show the offer and how many candidates were shown it (exact), then how many clicked, signed up, created a plan, practiced and purchased (rounded to the nearest 5; under 5 shows as “<5”; hidden for small groups and when nearly everyone in the group did it).
Your compliance export records, for each interview, when the offer was shown and, if the candidate asked to be sent it after your decision, when they asked.
Recruit100x never tells you who clicked, signed up, practiced or purchased, what they said or how they did — not in your reports, exports, webhooks or the API.
The totals are designed so they do not identify a candidate, and trying to work out an individual candidate's outcome from them is prohibited by the Recruit100x Terms.
Switching it off
An owner can turn off “Offer free practice to candidates” in Settings › Candidate care at any time; candidates who finish after that see no offer. The full terms are in the Terms and the Data Processing Agreement.
