Approving guides from email

When a guide is drafted, the person who created the role — or, if they are no longer active, the workspace owners — gets an email with two buttons: Approve guide and Review in Recruit100x.

Approve guide opens a page in Recruit100x with one Approve button, so nothing is approved just by opening the link. Each link is personal, works once, and expires after a while. Once approved, the role is active and invitations can go out (integrations receive role.ready).

To change a question or a criterion, choose Review in Recruit100x, edit the guide on the role page, then approve it there. The email link stops working once the guide or the role is changed, or when a newer version of the guide is drafted.

Workspaces Recruit100x has marked as trusted can turn on automatic approval in Settings › Role defaults: a guide that passes every check is approved without the email. Everyone else approves each guide.
