Your open screening link
Every role can have one public link to paste into a job post, an auto-reply or an email to applicants. No code, no account for the candidate.
Where to find it and where to paste it
Open the role and find the Open screening link card: copy the link, see how many interviews it has started, and change its settings. Paste it into your job post, your application auto-reply, or a message to applicants.
Regenerate gives the role a new link; the old one stops working at once.
The four policies
- Open — anyone with the link can ask for the interview. We email them the interview link, which proves the address; they start from that email.
- Applicants only — only candidates already on the role (imported by CSV, the API or the forwarding address) are emailed their link.
- Invite only and Off — the page says the interview isn’t taking new candidates.
New roles get your workspace’s default policy, which is open unless an owner changed it in Settings › Role defaults.
What candidates see
The page shows the role, your agency, what the interview is like (about 15–20 minutes, voice or text, no camera, no account), that a person at your agency reviews the result, and the usual notice and consent.
The confirmation never reveals whether an email address is already known to you: everyone sees the same “Check your email” message. If the interview guide isn’t approved yet, the candidate is told it opens shortly and is emailed the moment it does.
Cap, expiry and credits
Each link has a cap on the interviews it can start (200 by default) and an expiry. The role’s creator is told when 80 % of the cap is used; at the cap, or after expiry, the link closes with a friendly page.
Credits work as for every invite: one credit per billable completed interview. Requests are limited per email address and per network address each day.
