Recruit100x API v1

Open screening link

One public link per role to paste into a job post, an auto-reply or an applicant email — no code and no account needed.

Each role can have an open screening link, https://www.recruit100x.com/r/{role-title}-{code}. A candidate who opens it sees the role, your agency's name, what the interview is like (about 15–20 minutes, voice or text, no camera, no account), who reviews the result (a person at your agency), the disclosure and consent, and a short form: name, email, optional phone and country.

Policies

  • open — anyone with the link can ask for an interview. By default the interview link is emailed to them, which proves the address; they start from that email.
  • applicants_only — only candidates already on the role (imported by CSV, the API or the forwarding address) get their link emailed. The page always answers the same neutral message.
  • invite_only and off — the page says the interview isn't taking new candidates.

The page never reveals whether an email address is known to you. If the guide isn't approved yet, the candidate is told the interview opens shortly and is emailed the moment it is.

Limits

Each link has a cap (default 200 interviews) and an expiry; the role's creator is told when 80 % of the cap is used. Requests are limited per email address and per network address each day. One credit is used per billable completed interview, as for every invite.

On the role page: copy, change the policy, cap and expiry, see the count, or regenerate (the old link stops at once). Through the API: open_link on Create a role and on PATCH /api/v1/roles/{roleId}.
