Recruit100x API v1

Email-in

Forward applicant emails to a role's own address and Recruit100x invites the candidates — no code.

Each role can have a forwarding address, apply-{id}@in.recruit100x.com, shown on the role page with a copy button (regenerable).

Who may send

By default only your team's own addresses (so a recruiter can forward from their inbox or set an auto-forward rule), plus any senders an owner adds — for example your ATS's notification address. Mail from anyone else goes to the review queue and is never invited automatically.

What happens to a forwarded email

We read the applicant's name and email from the message (forwarded headers, the job-board notification, attached résumés). When exactly one candidate is clear, they are imported and invited by email. When it isn't — job boards often hide the applicant's address — the message goes to the role's Forwarded review queue, where a recruiter fills the email and clicks Invite or Dismiss. A candidate already invited is never invited twice.

At zero credits, or while invites are paused, forwarded messages wait in the review queue with the reason.
