Recruit100x API v1

Data, privacy and compliance

What Recruit100x does with candidate data, where it screens, and the notices and presets it applies.

  • Roles. For candidate data your agency sends, Recruit100x acts as your processor under the Data Processing Agreement. Candidate care, an optional practice offer Neural Bits makes to candidates after their interview, is the one service where Neural Bits acts on its own account; it is described in the DPA and the Terms.
  • Retention and deletion. Reports and transcripts follow your workspace's retention setting; deleting a candidate deletes their data, and the compliance export lists what was recorded.
  • Countries. Roles and candidates in the EU/EEA are not screened (ROLE_COUNTRY_NOT_SUPPORTED, per-row country_not_supported).
  • AI notice. Candidates are told before the interview that it is run by an AI interviewer and that a person at your agency reviews the result; they consent before it starts and can ask for an alternative.
  • Jurisdiction presets. Each role uses your workspace's preset, or the one you send (jurisdiction_preset), which sets the disclosures for places with AI-in-hiring rules such as New York City and Illinois.
